The Covid Cleaners


The position.

A business that needed to switch gears to target a specific audience in tough times. The entire world is in a state of confusion, but there is no doubt many businesses are essential during times like this. The Covid Cleaners provides a hospital grade sanitation for corporations to keep their employees safe. Cheston assisted in building the foundation of the company in a very short time frame.

The problems.

In a short very tight deadline, the client needed foundational brand elements (logo, website, tagline, copy) and business collateral (business cards, flyers, etc.). In such an interesting environment, we had to brainstorm the various triggers and pain points that businesses are facing. Which industry’s are open and essential? What value propositions do we have to market to them?

Brand identity.

Through surveys and market research, we found data that implies employees are more willing to go to work if their company was kept clean and followed sanitation guidelines. Understanding that companies react to their employees, the identity was born — focus on bringing employees peace of mind. If employees are safe and happy, owners are too. Cheston created an identity system with bright, light visual elements.

The website.

We crafted the website with strong imagery that was inviting for people but instilled a sense of urgency for business owners. During the wire-framing process, we developed a sitemap that focused on each individual industry (for this project we treat our personas as industries) to speak directly to them.
